  • AI assistant interaction history (if stored)


3. What Data May Be Retained?

Some data may be retained where required by:

  • Legal obligations (e.g., hotel guest records for immigration or tax)

  • Regulatory compliance (e.g., financial reporting for up to 7 years)

  • Security or fraud prevention (e.g., CCTV footage within retention policies)

  • Legitimate business interests (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements)

All retained data is securely stored and protected.


4. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data:

  • Description of data to be deleted

  • A copy of valid ID (to verify identity)

In-App:

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data
(available if using Sandralia Hotel’s mobile app)


5. Processing Timeline

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days.

  • If your request is valid and identity is verified, we will delete the data within 30 calendar days.

  • You will receive written confirmation of deletion.
