1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and use of services at Sandralia Hotel, located in Abuja, Nigeria. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. Guests must provide accurate personal, contact, and payment information at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation where false or incomplete information is provided.
3. Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-out time: As communicated at booking confirmation Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Payments
We accept secure and convenient payment methods including:

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings depending on the selected rate plan. All payments must be completed as instructed during booking.
5. Cancellation Policy

- Injuries or damages arising from guest negligence
